Prior to closing, which went extremely smoothly, Lynn's knowledge of the area, communities and properties was indispensable in helping us choose the neighborhood in which we were interested in living. Her attention to detail was evident in every single exchange we've had with Lynn from our initial contact and continues because she graciously has made herself available for any questions we may have post closing. Lynn Tuozzo far exceeded our expectations. Right from the initial phone conversation/contact we had with her, she showed a remarkable understanding and compassion for our desire to familiarize ourselves with Annapolis in order to consider a possible move from our current, long time home in Ohio to Annapolis.

Lynn is a very helpful and knowledgeable realtor. She is very friendly. Lynn met contractors for me when I could not. She found a very nice home for me. It was exactly what I wanted. She caught an error the title company made when we closed. The title company overcharged me 30 dollars and Lynn spotted the mistake. She also helped me sell my house. Lynn also knows all about houses and the type contractors that can fix them. I highly recommend Lynn.

My wife and I met Lynn Tuozzo at an open house where we spoke with her and decided to work with her on our journey to buy our new home and sell our old home. Lynn was extremely helpful in how she worked up numbers and scenarios to help us see which house would be a good fit for us financially. She was patient, honest and very responsive with every question that we had with the purchase and sale of our homes. She provided great insight and different perspectives during the process, but we never felt pressured into any decision we needed to make. We ended up finding a great home for our family and were able to sell our old home within 4 days, with multiple great offers. We met Lynn Tuozzo at an open house. She was in contact with us a few weeks later and she was very knowledgeable and helpful on our needs to sell a house that we inherited. The whole process with selling the house went smooth and she made things very easy for us to understand. We would highly recommend Lynn Tuozzo.
